Every eligible commercial Research Environment includes a 14-day free trial before billing begins. Researchers can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after billing, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved because of a duplicate charge, verified billing/technical failure, fraud, or another documented administrative exception. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the effective date shown in the account or Stripe customer portal and does not itself create a refund for a completed billing period.
Use the subscription-management link in your Signal Architect account or Stripe customer portal when available, or contact support.signalarchitect@gmail.com. Cancellation does not automatically delete the Research Identity or accumulated research. Account-data requests are handled separately under the Privacy policy.
Temporary market-data interruptions, delayed third-party data, stale-safe fallback states, internet/browser issues, or the normal unavailability of a research signal do not by themselves establish entitlement to a refund. Documented platform failures that materially prevent paid access may be reviewed individually.
