INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you subscribe to the Architect Intelligence Brief, we collect the email address you submit, the signup source, subscription status, and system timestamps. We use this information to provide communications you requested and to maintain subscription records.
BROWSER STORAGE & GUIDANCE
Necessary browser storage may remember risk-notice acceptance and privacy choices. Optional anonymous guidance storage may remember visit count, sections viewed, and the last section visited so the website can suggest a useful next step. Signal Architect does not use IP addresses as the primary method for personalized guidance.
SHARING & SALE
Signal Architect does not sell subscriber information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, database, or future email delivery system, subject to appropriate agreements and safeguards.
YOUR CHOICES
You may choose necessary-only storage through Privacy Choices in the footer. You may request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe assistance by contacting contact@signalarchitect.com.
RETENTION & SECURITY
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. No system can guarantee absolute security.
CHILDREN & CHANGES
The service is not directed to children under 13. Material updates to this notice will be identified by a revised effective date. This operational notice should be reviewed by qualified counsel before substantial commercial traffic or expanded tracking.
Commerce and payment data
Signal Architect uses Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment-card and banking credentials. Signal Architect stores only payment-provider references, subscription state, Research Environment entitlement, and related timestamps needed to administer access. We do not store full card or bank-account numbers.
ACCOUNT ACCESS, CORRECTION & DELETION
Researchers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of Research Identity information by contacting the support address listed on this site. Signal Architect may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, subscription/accounting administration, dispute handling, backup integrity, or legal obligations. A deletion request does not automatically erase records that must be retained for those limited purposes.
SECURITY & SERVICE PROVIDERS
Signal Architect uses service providers for functions such as website hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing. Payment credentials are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Signal Architect. Access controls, one-way password hashing, secure session cookies, production security headers, and restricted administrative workspaces are used to reduce unauthorized access risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
